Since 1992, Marsha Jane Orr has been Managing Partner of Intrepreneur Coaching (IC), whose focus is to support leaders in identifying their unique value proposition and aligning organization with strategic vision. She works as an employee coach and as an organization development specialist integrating human development strategies in major academic and consulting organizations with Fortune 500 clients.

Her training supports business development, programming, coaching, job search/career development, leadership and team development.
